NORTH SUNDERLAND HARBOUR – ANNUAL FEES 2023-2024

The Commissioners agreed on 10 February 2023 that the annual fees for the year 1^st April 2023 to 31^st March 2024 will be:

All fees will be subject to VAT where applicable.

DUES

Annual Berthing Dues *                        £ 250

*  the annual dues shall be subject to a minimum threshold per vessel of £ 1,500

Passenger Dues                                  £ 4,000 

Angling Passenger Dues                    £ 250

Commercial RIB                                 £ 1,750

Landing Dues                                     3% of gross landings 

Additional Information

All vessels have access to the harbour facilities over the winter months (1^st December to 31^st March).

All vessels to be removed from the pier from 1^st April 

All vessels on the pier after 14^th April will incur a daily charge equivalent to lost revenue on parking.

Please note the use of the harbour pier is still available throughout the year for emergency work, but only after receiving the approval of the Harbour Master and/or Commissioners.
